How to keep your body healthy and trim after 40

Hi I am sixty years old male and like everyone in my age group we want to keep healthy and in good physical condition for as long as we can. Little bit over one year ago, I had been send to emmergency department of the local hospital by my doctor because of excruciating pain in my leg. They prescribed me a morphine substitute oxo-codeine to cover the pain but not really fix the problem. To make the story short. I did not take them (still waiting for good party to use them) and looked for other ways to "fix" my health problem. I went back to my old country in Eastern Europe and mentioned my predicament to my childhood friends. They came out with "old woman" remedy which looked to me relatively logical and at the same time no harmful. Interestingly within 2 weeks I did not have a pain and what was also interesting my pants became too big at my waist. I returned back to North America and now I am able to play soccer every week with much younger guys (I am not good but have fun) and what is interesting I went down over 6" around my waist. Now as a 60 years old "teenager" I have decided to go for my first ever "six-pack" flat stomach. This blog will give me initiative and at the same time maybe some of you will follow it too and helps you to live healthier life. Please, read it and leave me comments. I will update once a week and try to include even videos, me being a star, for you to see my progress and if you have any comments (only positive accepted!) please, write.
